We have a bright, spacious, unfurnished room with a large closet that will be available March 1st in a 3 bedroom newer home in Langford. Room can be unfurnished for $700 or furnished for $750 (comfy queen size bed with mattress cover, dresser, and side table). Female tenant preferred. Beautiful spot close to Glen and Langford Lake, walking trails, Westshore Mall, the movie theatre, etc. Bathroom shared with only 1 other tenant. Lots of great amenities, including: -Shared den, kitchen, and living room -Garage with lots of storage space -Utilities included -WIFI included (no cable sorry) -Laundry on site -Street Parking -Dishwasher -Fireplace -Central Vac -Small fenced yard We are 2 females in our late 20's/early 30's both working full time and/or going to school. We are very busy, clean, and quiet, and are looking for the same in a roomie. We do enjoy hanging out, watching Netflix, and eating lots of ice cream...and maybe the odd drink here and there! We are definitely not partiers. I have a super friendly and well behaved dog and 2 cats, so you'll have to be ok with animals because they all love to snuggle. We cannot take anymore cats (mine wouldn't tolerate it unfortunately), but are open to the possibility of a well behaved dog on a case by case basis (only with excellent references from a previous landlord and a veterinarian). Absolutely NO smoking or drug use will be tolerated on the property; the landlord has a minor health condition.
