You would have your own full size bathroom in the living room (I use the one in the master), access to the balcony, living room, the kitchen (does have dishwasher) and the in-suite laundry. Asking $800/month all in which includes very fast wifi, in-suite laundry, hydro, etc. Lot's of on-street parking but could arrange to get an additional spot from the building for $50/ month VERY central location by mayfair near Red Robins, Bin4, Royal Spice, Walmart, Whole Foods, Best Buy, Thrifty etc. Near all major bus routes e.g. 26, 50, 72, 6 and many more. I work 7 to 5 Mon to Fri, I am generally very busy and am looking for a young professional with a similar schedule. Should be clean and organized. I am ok with doing my own thing or socialize.
