Retired Couple Looking for Rental

Hello, we are a retired couple looking for accommodation in or around Victoria. Both in our sixties, we are active and positive people; an extremely quiet and responsible couple who live a healthy, very home-based lifestyle. We do not smoke, we do not have any pets, and we do not entertain often. Having been landlords ourselves for many years, we are well-versed with home care and maintenance and we know how important it is to have the right tenants. We would like to find a 2 bedroom or 1 bedroom + den rental. Our preferred areas would be View Royal or the Western Communities or closer to downtown - James Bay or Fairfield. We can provide excellent references, from landlords we rented from when we sold our house to our current landlords who we are renting their home while they travel abroad.
