The perfect candidate will build relationships and loyalty with our customers, and assist and educate them so they leave our store feeling satisfied they have made the perfect purchase. Providing exceptional customer service, in the store, on the phone, or via email is essential for this position. Abilities & Skills: - Love Babies, Children, and Expecting/New Parents - Enjoy talking to new people - Reliable & Honest - Able to ask questions when needed - Proficient at following directions - Comfortable with a computer POS system & website updating. - Quick Learner as we have an ever changing range of products Responsibilities: - Providing Exceptional Customer Service - Cash Handing & Processing Debit/Credit Transactions - Following Opening & Closing Procedures - Self-initiative to stay up to date on product knowledge. - Store Maintenance: Cleaning, Merchandising, & Pricing - The ability to lift a box up to 50lbs.
