Retail Clerk - Pet Supply Store

Four Paws Pet Grocery & Boutique is a small (but growing) locally-owned pet supply store in Sidney, BC. We are proud to offer premium quality dog and cat food and a carefully curated selection of dog and cat supplies. Our store proudly sells top brands of dog & cat food including grain-free kibble, wet food, raw food, all-natural treats, and dehydrated diet products. Who you are: We are primarily looking for individuals with a warm and friendly personality as well as a strong love of pets. Other attributes: * Self-motivated and have a desire to learn * Someone who always goes above and beyond in service * Excited about helping pet owners solve pet-related problems * Passionate about pet nutrition and pet products * Organized and detailed with the initiative and drive to complete projects * A resourceful person who takes pride in their work and is able to work independently What is required for the job: * Ability to lift 20kg above your head repeatedly * Availability to work hours matching store opening times, including weekends and weekdays * Daily cleaning duties and general store maintenance * Ability to communicate clearly with customers in a friendly and professional manner * Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record **** Because our store is small and social distancing between employees is challenging, the successful applicant will be required to wear a mask at all times.
