Key Responsibilities: Professionally represent Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity. Practice self-supervision on small jobs and ensure you complete each project in an efficient, timely manner. Handling damaged building material and contents. Organized and detail-oriented. Paint the interiors of apartments, condos, townhomes, and other multi-family dwellings as required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an eagerness to learn new skills. Communicate with management and customers in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity. Able to climb a ladder. Able to lift at least 50 pounds. Able to work in confined spaces. Work as a team member in demolition, contents, and hazmat crews; cross-support other departments as needed. Possess a valid driver's license and a clean criminal record. We are looking for part-time and full-time team members who want to be part of a growing team. Starting pay rate is $20.00 to $25.00/hour pending experience.
