Restaurant Shift Supervisor

The Beacon Drive In, is looking for an supervisor. We are a casual family restaurant (take out or dine in). The job is challenging, rewarding, and requires a passion for service. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, business skills, and leadership abilities. At least 2 years of hospitality experience along with 1 years of supervising /management experience is required. Must be self reliant, self-motivated, has plenty of initiative, a sense of humour and the maturity to be in charge of 20 to 40 employees. (Depending on the time of year) This supervisor will be required to assist in organizing, direct, control and evaluate the employees on shift of restaurant. Also requires great customer skills but apply supervisory skills ensuring staff are well trained, the labour and financial goals of the organization are maintained. .
