BRIDGEMANS BISTRO... ...in Mill Bay is looking for a new manager! Due to an internal job promotion, our Mill Bay location is looking for a manager for our busy, high volume bistro on the water. We have a well-run operation with loyal and seasoned staff that requires a working manager. Your experience will include restaurant management, budgeting, balancing labor costs with sales volume and strong leadership skills in a team inspired environment. Working from Mill Bay, which is one of our five properties, this position has the potential to expand into the job of overseeing all of our Food and Beverage operations which include Bridgemans West Coast Eatery in Port Renfrew and Port Browning Pub & Bistro on Pender Island.
