Residential Care Worker

Vancouver Island Autistic Homes Society (VIAH) is currently seeking energetic Community Support Workers, Residential Care Workers, and others with related knowledge and experience to join our team as casual daytime &/or overnight workers. We provide person-focused residential care and community integration services to adults with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the Greater Victoria area. Do you have knowledge of autism and medication administration, and experience working with individuals with challenging behaviours? Do you want to work with a team of amazing people in a rewarding environment? Are you level-headed and have a sense of humour? Do you possess a valid drivers' license? Then we want to hear from you! VIAH employees are members of the Hospital Employees Union (HEU). Our starting compensation is $22.61/hr ($20.52/hr plus 10.2% in lieu of vacation and benefits).
