Resident Manger needed for approx. 120 units

Applicants should possess the following qualifications: - Team player who is proactive, resourceful and results-orientated - Has strong and effective tenant relationship and conflict management skills - Must be able to communicate - with tenants, office staff and management with professionalism - Must take pride in your surroundings - keep the building clean and presentable - A knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act of BC Job Description: -approx. 120 units - Show rental suites -assist tenants in filling out applications for tenancy -ensuring all paperwork is up to date and deliver to office staff - Ensure rent is collected on a monthly basis, issue terms in a timely manner - Interact with tenants on a regular basis to resolve tenant and resident issues - Complete minor repairs and cleaning of common areas as required -a good understanding and/or background of building maintenance is an asset - Monitor and provide supervision and coordination for all work required at the buildings - Inspect suite with in-going and out-going tenants - Other duties as required Salary commensurate with experience. please email resumes to info@brownbros.com
