Resident Manger - live in position - approx 120 units

Qualifications - Team player who is proactive, resourceful and results-orientated - Effective tenant relationship and conflict management skills - Must take pride in your surroundings - keeping the building clean and presentable - Must move-in and live in residential building - A knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act of BC - Paint suites Job Description: - Manage approx. 120 units - Show rental suites - Inspect suites with in-going and out-going tenants - Assist tenants in filling out applications for tenancy - Ensuring all paperwork is up to date and deliver to office staff - Resolve tenant relation issues - Complete cleaning of common areas and apply minor repairs - Monitor and provide supervision and coordination for all work required at the buildings - Attend to Emergencies Assets - An understanding and/or background of building maintenance - Travel between buildings so we ask that you have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
