Resident Manager - Live-In

We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced, live-in, Resident Building Manager for a large 3 building residential apartment complex in Langford, BC. Your responsibilities will include: * Leasing units, collecting rent, security deposits, screening applicants, assisting applicants and tenants with our online payment system. * Daily customer service to all current tenants * Submitting daily reports including vacancy reports and purchase orders * Completing work orders and repairs to occupied units * Minor maintenance including patching walls, painting, repairs and installing appliances * Daily cleaning of lobbies, hallways, parking lot and rental office * On-call during evenings & weekends * Must live on-site Your qualifications include: * 3 years of previous experience in residential property management· * Strong communication and organizational skills· * Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet)· * Strong cleaning skills * Knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Act We offer a competitive salary, excellent opportunities for career growth, full medical benefits, and excellent monthly incentives.
