We are seeking a Resident Manager for a 58-unit building in Victoria. The successful candidate should have a minimum 2 years working experience and will have knowledge of the RTA and its policy and procedures. S/he will have excellent communication and problem solving skills. The main duties include showing suites, handling background checks on potential tenants, filling out lease agreements and inspection reports, answering and addressing the concerns and questions of tenants, monthly rent collection and banking duties, and keeping the building, vacant suites and grounds clean. Ability to handle minor repairs is preferable. A clean criminal record check is required. Access to a car is an asset.
