Century 21 Queenswood LTD is a local, family owned company with a long history and excellent corporate culture. Our friendly and supportive team is growing and we're currently seeking a Live-In Resident Manager for a 24 unit building in the Oak Bay Junction area.

Duties Include:
-Conducting move-in/move-outs inspections
-Regular cleaning duties of all common areas including entrances, hallways, stairways, laundry room and elevator
-Providing an excellent tenant experience from move-in/move-out and everywhere in-between
-Snow shoveling
-Providing tours to prospective tenants at upcoming suites
-Ensuring all paperwork and tenant management software is completed according to company, and in accordance with the Residential Tenancy Act in a timely and accurate manner
-Managing any tenant issues as they arise, including routine maintenance issues such as drywall and painting repairs and other minor handyman duties
-Overseeing maintenance, landscaping and other duties contracted out to tradespersons working on the building
-Able to attend to emergencies as required
Required Experience:
-Residential property management experience an asset
-Experience in trades and minor repairs an asset
-Understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act
-Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal
-Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
-Exercising tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality at all times
-Basic computer literacy including email, and familiarity with CRM's. Please note move-in/move-out inspections are conducted on a digital platform accessible with any smartphone or tablet
This is a full-time, permanent position. Start Date is October 1 2020, with possibility of flexibility for the right candidate.Competitive wage, vacation pay and subsidies provided for gas, laundry, internet and phone plan.A 1 bedroom suite will be provided at below-market rate. A 2 bedroom unit can be negotiated based on availability.
