Private Property Holding Company with a portfolio of multi-family properties looking to expanding our 3rd party management portfolio on Vancouver Island and Victoria BC. We are currently seeking a Property Manager for the Victoria, BC area. The expectations for this role will be first and foremost new business development and new door acquisitions. It addition, the role will include assisting in day-to-day property management functions for this growing property portfolio and will be responsible for all aspects of management pertaining to this portfolio. Ideal candidates for this position will be self motivated, professionals and ambitious to earn beyond the base salary though a competitive success base bonus structure. Compensation for this position will be $35,000/YEAR PLUS commission/bonus. Duties for this role include but are not limited to, the below Responsibilities: Source and secure new property owners/investors looking for property management services. Provide management services to this portfolio of residential properties Ensure rents are collected on a timely basis and manage collection of arrears Manage suite turnovers including inspections Organize and oversee regular maintenance and in suite inspections Maintain all pertinent records regarding the properties managed Expectations: MUST be SALES oriented/Sales Driven Ability to gain a strong command of new systems (e.g., property management software and similar systems) Excellent customer service skills Education and Experience: Current Property Management license (or ability to become licensed in a short period of time) Prior experience in real estate / property management industry preferred.
