Experienced home builder and carpenter looking for renovations and/or handyman services while waiting to build more houses (2 to 3 month delays in drawings and permitting). Renovations - Fencing - Kitchens - Bathrooms - Decks - Painting - Flooring - Basement Suites - Window Replacements - etc. See pictures of past projects. Only $55/hr and materials at cost plus 10%. Vast experience from running a renovation company for 8 years and building 5 homes from the ground up in the last 5 years.
