$30 · Renovation Specialist

Salary: $30.00-$50.00 per hour Think Renovations is looking to add to its existing dream team of experienced and skillful members who are also passionate about building dream spaces. We provide the platform and opportunity for each member of our team to grow and develop with any size of project. We have a rapidly growing portfolio of residential clients in Victoria and in order to meet the demands of our growing business we are searching for people who are intelligent, driven, and who strive for excellence in the work they do. If you have experience in the following areas we would like to hear from you: kitchen and bath remodelling, interior and exterior framing, drywall hanging and finishing, painting, trim work, door and window installation flooring installation, installation of floor and wall tile, electrical skills, masonry skills (a plus but not required). Ability to read blueprints. Ability to take accurate measurements. Ability to produce quality work with minimal supervision and within a team environment. Communicate professionally with subcontractors regarding questions and problems and engage assistance from the Owner and Project Manager as needed. Applicant is accountable, detail oriented, has a good work ethic (independently and within a team environment), and is passionate about producing quality work. You must have your own basic tools, vehicle, and WCB/Insurance.
