Reliable Tenants - Mature Professional couple seeking 1.5 bedroom

We are a mature, caring, reliable, non-smoking couple with professional and landlord references seeking a spacious 1-Bedroom/+ den to make home and (for the time being) work from. We are looking for a comfortable home at a reasonable price, with natural light, a full kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, and ideally access to an outdoor space, whether a balcony, patio or shared garden. We want to be in/around Victoria. James Bay, Fairfield or Vic West are our ideal locations as we have roots and connections here, and want to stay close to our community. We are flexible with our move-in date, and can move sometime between March 1st to May 1st.
