Registered Yoga Instructor

Hi There, My name is Marybeth Feddema, I am a Yoga instructor offering private yoga classes in the comfort of your own home. Choose to have one-on-one sessions or with a small group, depending on the size of your space. Private yoga allows me as the teacher to customize classes just for you, including yogic philosophy, pranayama, meditation, hands on assists and adjustments. This connection allows for a very safe and healing space. I like to ensure my classes are truly accessible to everyone. My training is through the Yoga Alliance where I studied at Akhana yoga in India. I also have training in Chinese Therapeutic Massage and am currently a student of Acupuncture. Through my studies, I can offer a deep knowledge of the human body to my classes. I love taking anatomy into my yoga classes to inform and empower my students, helping them to open, relax and trust.
