We are seeking a Red Seal carpenter. Refind Builders is a family run renovation company. We are committed to great customer service, unique large renovations, new construction and small fun projects. It's a relaxed environment where production and a hard days work are still the focus.

This position is to join a 4 worker team. Build, stay safe, get along and show up on time.

Our new team member must be able to have good organizational skills, work well individually as well as part of a team, always working to be a better craftsman and have proficient problem-solving skills.

40 hours a week
Weekend work not common but happens if it works.
Some minor desk work and next day prep included.
Wage will reflect skills, effort, carpentry enthusiasm and ambition.

Requirements:
Carpentry experience that was in an effort to be well rounded.
Must have vehicle and valid driver's license
Own personal hand tools and drill
Ability to transfer instructions into action efficiently
Proficient in aspects of construction and building repair
Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
