Seeking a full-time front end Receptionist to be a part of our team at Pacific Cabinets! We're one of Victoria's leading custom cabinet manufacturers designing, building and installing made-to-order cabinetry in both residential and commercial projects throughout Victoria and surrounding areas. Main Responsibilities: * Greeting clients, manage a telephone switchboard, respond to email inquiries in a polite and courteous manner * Handle all outgoing and incoming mail, including generating invoices, receiving and issuing payments * Organize and maintain documents provided by employer and clients * Maintaining cleanliness of office spaces and ensuring adequate office supplies are on hand * Filing and maintaining file storage * Assisting Designer to prepare shop drawings for distribution to shop employees * Day to day A/P & A/R data entry * General office management and various other duties as required Required: * You have a positive, and friendly personality as well as an excellent customer service approach. You're able to handle challenging situations calmly, with empathy and sincerity. * You are a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude who upholds truth and integrity. * Reliable, punctual and dependable * Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills * Keen eye for details * Bookkeeping experience * Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quickbooks and other general computer skills * Must have own transportation and enjoy working in a dog friendly office. Salary is negotiable depending on experience with benefits to commence after 3 months of full-time employment.
