Harris Victoria Chrysler is looking for a full time Reception / Administrative Assistant, Job duties include: - Provides professional customer service by greeting and directing all visitors and workers to the appropriate people or service - Operates the telephone system to answer, screen and forward telephone calls by using the paging system, prompting voice mail and taking messages - Handles routine inquiries by staff, solving problems, noting absences, and paging other employees when necessary, especially First Aid - Coordinates and produces all shipping, invoicing, courier - Maintains an adequate inventory of office supplies and office forms - Organizes and files office-related documents - Performs clerical duties for other departments including general word processing, photocopying, faxes, and mail - Enters vehicle data - Assist in order entry, accounts receivable and accounts payable as required.
