Receptionist - Full-Time

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our fun, busy and vibrant team on a full-time long-term basis! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answer a multi-line phone, transfer calls and greet clients * Scanning/filing and file maintenance * Accounts payable * Accounts receivable cheques and banking * Organize couriers and distribute mail * Type general correspondence * Data-base maintenance * Assist on a wide-range of projects/bookkeeping and general office duties EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: * Previous reception experience or post-secondary administrative certificate/degree is essential * Bookkeeping experience is an asset * Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills * Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft suite of programs, including Outlook * Ability to multi-task and work under pressure * Very high attention to detail * Able to problem solve and take initiative * Commitment to same position for long term COMPENSATION: Compensation will be determined based on a candidate's qualifications and experience.
