RebalanceMD Seeking Full-Time Registered Nurse RN

RebalanceMD is seeking a full-time RN for the role of Navigator in our "New Joint Program" A Navigator is an allied health professional who is the main point of contact throughout our patients' surgical journey and guides patients through all the steps that need to be taken to help ensure a successful surgical outcome. The Navigators are a critical part of a successful surgical journey and recovery for all patients and help relieve some of the anxiety that comes with having Total Joint Replacement surgery. Navigator must demonstrate: * Flexibility and a willingness to learn, challenge themselves and colleagues, and adapt in a dynamic, innovative work environment. * Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. * Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. * Above average level of computer skills. * The ability to work effectively in a team setting, as well as take initiative on individual projects. * Excellent clinical judgement and decision making * Skills in clinical practise, ie stich removal, post operative advice See attached photo for duties Salary: Competitive wage negotiated based on experience and background.
