We are currently seeking new members to join our young and growing company. Established in 2012, we've quickly become Vancouver Island's go-to resource for real estate marketing materials. We work closely with our clients (Real Estate Agents and Property Managers) to develop professional marketing materials for each of their properties. If you enjoy photography, architecture and solving puzzles this might be the right fit for you! Location: Days will be spent on-site at properties in the Capital Regional District (Victoria/Saanich/West Shore/Penninsula etc.) Hours: Hours of work are flexible and can accommodate those with hobbies or side pursuits. Generally, work takes place weekdays between 8am and 7pm. Occasional Saturday, Sunday may be required. Full / Part Time: The ideal candidate would be hired on a permanent basis and would be available for 15-30 hours of work per week. Salary: Your competitive salary is a combination of an hourly wage and product-commission. Approx. $2000 - $3000 per month for a first year employee. Required Qualifications: Grade 12 completion or equivalent Must have vehicle Must have valid Class 5 or Class 7 (novice) driver's licence. Experience using DSLR camera or Adobe Lightroom are assets but not a necessity Training: All training will take place in Victoria. All equipment will be provided Key Responsibilities: Use provided equipment and software to measure residential addresses and draw floor plans Use provided equipment to take interior and exterior photographs of residential addresses Post-process photographs using provided software Upload completed products to internal system and publish to client Skills & Attributes: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Possess strong computer skills Ability to effectively solve spatial problems and visualize complex property layouts Is able to frequently kneel, bend, squat, and relocate equipment (5-20 Ibs) small distances Start Date: As soon as possible!
