$825 · HOUSE-MATE WANTED - Aug 15th $825

I'm an older female, seeking a new house-mate for my ground level suite in Sooke. My long time 'roomy' (my adult daughter) has recently moved out, and I am working on cleanup now. This is a 2 bedroom place, with livingroom, kitchen, 1 washroom, and a nice, full size washer and dryer. There is no outdoor storage unfortunately... The place is only partially furnished, with a couple of cabinets in livingroom, a table and chairs and my own rocker/recliner, as my daughter took her couch/chair bed and other cabinetry with her. I have my own bed and dresser set, and a small TV. So, you'd definitely need to bring your own bed/ dresser etc, and an easy chair and/or couch if you wish. Your share of rent, (including half of hydro, hot water paid to upstairs tenants as HWH is in upstairs suite, and bi monthly water) will be $825 per month. Unfortunately however, I don't think I'll be ready for anyone until mid August, as I won't have a room cleaned enough until then. Unfortunately, I fell recently and injured myself pretty badly. So, it's seriously delayed my cleanup process. I am working on this presently. So, if you can help me with the task of finishing my cleanup for the second half of August, you can stay rent free until Sept 1st. I do have one spayed female dog, who does'nt generally get along with other dogs well, with exception of my daughters dog, whom she's been with for several years. IF you wanted a dog of your own, it would need to be introduced to mine first to see if compatible, and you'd have to pay a pet deposit, which I have for mine. The photos shown here are from before we moved in, so you can see most of the layout. Unfortunately, the bathroom (door behind wall in photo 3) is not shown, nor the second bedroom, just past bathroom door. In any case, I truly need the help to get this done. My daughter cannot, as she is permanently disabled, nor can my grandson, who is awaiting vital surgery. This leaves me alone and quite desperate. If interested, please let me know asap.
