Rent is 725$/month with everything included except wifi. - The suite is located within walking distance to UVic, University Heights Shopping Center, and Shelbourne Plaza. - The house is located steps away from the bus stops 27, 28, and 14, which can take you downtown. And 26 and 16 to take you to uptown. 39 up to Mt. Doug. - You would be sharing this home with a chill female roommate who is a 4th-year student at UVic. Super studious but always done for a great time. - The suite has a furnished cozy living room and a spacious fully stocked kitchen (does not come with food haha).
