Yes Chip / Tattoo details: Kelly Moncrieff Likes, fears, temperament: Doesn't like fast movement from new people, likes head scratches if you put your arm out and say his name quietly and slowly and do the "t t t t t" (idk how to describe the sounds lol) but he loves it.
