$750 · Quiet individual seeking unfurnished rental

I am a mature, respectful and quiet individual looking for a queer friendly and private space to call home during my final year at university and potentially longer. I am in my later 20's, studying at UVic. I don't smoke or have any pets, and am not interested in partying. I would love to live on my own, but am very aware that my budget it very low for the current rental market, so I am open to sharing of course (but the purpose of this ad is to see if there are any solo situations that could work)! If you have an unfurnished bachelor type space for rent under ~ $800, please get in touch and I would love to meet up. I will happily provide my excellent rental and house sitting references. Looking for approximately September 1st but am flexible on dates.
