This is a beautiful view home overlooking Mt Tolmie, the ocean and the city of Victoria. We live on a hill and are "on the top of the world" and enjoy watching the occasional eagle. The flooring is mostly hardwood and the room is fully furnished and large (about 13X12) with double closet. You share with me (semi - retired) and one other. You and the other room mate share a bath and fridge. I am looking for a NS, only. Available end of April. This is about 4 minutes to stores, 15 by bike from UVIC, and ideal for someone who wants a tranquil but beautiful setting.
