We take pride in putting our employees first. Shotcrete Crew: Banyan Group is looking for a mechanically-inclined individual to become a pump operator. Job Responsibilities: Promotes a culture of health, safety, and environmental protection on the project by taking an active role in the implementation of the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) to achieve compliance of Banyan HS&E standards, applicable OH&S Acts, regulations, and general responsibilities, but is not limited to: Pump Operator: Properly access the pump and ensure all checks are complete before operating. Effectively regulate the pump to uniformly deliver wet-mix shotcrete at the required rate. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the material hose and pump. Coordinate the delivery of the shotcrete mixture and monitor the water content by observing or testing the slump of the mixture. Safety of the pump and delivery line Education and Experiences: 2 years minimum experience in operating machinery and eager to learn. Experience running shotcrete pump (considered an asset) Job Type: Full-time Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
