This is a project tiny home for someone with carpentry skills. 20ft long ICBC approved trailer with a "craftsman style-ish" tiny home built onto it. The trailer rating is for 7 tonnes. Current weight is approx 3 tonnes. Interior walls are completed, sink plumbing and electrical are complete, and up to code. It is currently used as a basic kitchen (NO industrial appliances or ventilation systems have been installed). Purchaser will need to renovate the interior to turn it into a livable tiny-home (for example, there is no bathroom installed). Can be connected to 220V or use a generator; an RV battery is not installed, but unit is capable to run off of this type of power also. Price reflects cost of trailer and construction of the unit.
