$32 · Project Respect Research Manager

Reports to: Prevention Director Position Summary: Manage the development and implementation of research to evaluate Project Respect's SHIFTing Culture Project to prevent genderbased violence, using anti-oppressive, anti-colonial and Youth Participatory Action Research methodologies. Supervise and train a team of 10-12 staff and 8-12 youth researchers in relation to the development and implementation of all research activities.
