Duties Include: Managing shop drawings Recording and issuing of meeting minutes Pricing of change requests Assist Project Manager and Site superintendent Corresponding with owners and subcontractors Compiling maintenance manuals Shipping and receiving Sourcing and ordering materials Coordinating deliveries Tendering Drawing organization and office filing Website document management Reception relief Skills Required: Time management Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel Must be reliable Able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines Have strong communication and organizational skills Blue print reading and knowledge of construction processes and terms are an asset Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Thank you to all that apply.
