The Victoria and South Island Residential Care Initiative (RCI) is hiring a full-time contract Program Coordinator, Quality Improvement (QI) & Clinical Support. The RCI Program Coordinator, QI & Clinical Support, works in collaboration with the RCI Program team to foster positive change in the long term care system. The Program Coordinator provides education, coaching, and capacity building and quality improvement (QI) training with an emphasis on promoting relevant clinical tools and evidence-based practice to physicians and nursing staff teams. QUALIFICATIONS * BA in Nursing/Health Discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three to five years' recent related experience, including two years' relevant clinical experience. Registration with BCCRN considered an asset. TERM, HOURS, AND COMPENSATION This is a full-time, one-year contract position from February 2019-February 2020. Avg 35 hours/week, at a rate of $35-$45/hour + GST.
