Prog rock revival

Thinking of starting out modest with an unplugged project playing classic Yes and Genesis and maybe some other 70s prog rock like Rush, gentle giant etc. The goal is to grow a community of local art rock appreciaters so the scale of regular monthly shows can evolve and grow organically from cafe size to larger venues. It's just too important a musical form to let fade into obscurity. I play Steve Howe/ Hackett covers. I can sing as well, with tunes re keyed to lower range, but if theres a Jon Anderson sound alike,or Chris Squire with acoustic bass we can see what potential is there and grow if it evolves. I've heard female singers pull off Jon Anderson. Only prog geeks and hard core fans need apply this is not suitable for jobbers or the casually interested.
