Professional seeking exchange of room for senior companionship

I am a mature professional woman who is seeking a room in exchange for providing companionship, having tea and a few laughs and conversation, and a presence in a senior's house, in the Victoria/Saanich/Saanichton/Sidney area. I have helped an aging woman, and also have been a homestay mother for international students, and have a current criminal record check (for vulnerable persons). I am polite, caring, friendly and work full time. In the evenings I am most often studying in my room, as I am pursuing my master's degree in education.
