Professional couple looking for long-term housing

Hello! My partner and I are seeking long-term housing beginning in July. I am an environmental scientist in Victoria and he is a computer engineer. We have no kids and also are homeowners ourselves in Calgary, so we would treat your home like its our own! We have a well-behaved cat named Tiger who will also be coming along with us. We are quiet (no drinking, no smoking) and enjoy biking, hiking, gardening, and yoga. I also have references available :) Here are a few of our wishlist items, but are not requirements, to get an idea of the place we're looking for. - located less than 30 mins biking distance of downtown - 2 bedroom suite - outdoor area/sunny patio or gardening opportunities - upper or main floor of house is most preferred, otherwise a smaller apartment complex or townhouse. - sunny and bright Our budget is flexible, around 1800 is ideal but we can go up to $2100 (inclusive) for a perfect place.
