Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to check this out. My partner and I have lived together for just under a year, and are looking to grow into a new space together to call "ours". We are open to 1 bedroom / 1 bath up to $1700, or 2 bedroom / 1.5+ bath up to $2300. These are rough budgets and would depend on utilities, location and more. A little of what we're looking for: - In suite washer/dryer - Parking for at least one car (open to paying extra for this, and street parking is ok in some areas) - Pet friendly. We don't have pets right now, but would like to stay somewhere long term, and would like to keep this option open for down the road. - Central location (i.e. DT, Vic West, Esquimalt, Oak Bay, James Bay, Cook Street Village, Fairfield, Quadra Street Village, Fernwood, etc - NOT considering Sidney, View Royal or Langford at this time). - Natural light :) - Preferably a dishwasher, but can make do without. - August 15th would be IDEAL to give us a couple weeks to move without paying a full months rent in two places, but we are flexible as our #1 priority is finding the right place. A little about us... - We both work full time. My partner is a union member so job security / income are never an issue. - Neither of us smoke. - I am a bit of a clean-freak / super organizer.. We will make sure your home stays in great condition. - We have EXCELLENT references from employers and past landlords. - Really, at the end of the day we are looking for a considerate landlord with whom we can build an honest relationship. We're hoping for something longer term, and with that in mind it's important for us that this relationship feels comfortable and communicative.
