Offering private yoga classes and small group classes in home or at an optional downtown location. I'm a certified yoga teacher and have been teaching in homes and yoga studios for more than 9 years.    I specialize in alignment and accessibility for beginners and intermediate yogis. Want to: improve flexibility and mobility? increase energy? learn how to safely modify poses when injuries limit movement? decrease stress? feel more calm and centred? improve strength? There are many different ways that yoga can be accessible to everyone, to every body. I promise, you do not need to be flexible to start practicing yoga!
