Membran Entertainment Canada (Membranlabs) has an 88 square foot private office available for rent in our downtown Victoria office. The office is available for rent on either a monthly or daily basis. RATES Monthly: $500 Daily: $50 Our office is located on Wharf street, right in the heart of downtown Victoria. With a variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops right outside the door, and easy access to both public transit and public pay parking, we are ideally situated for anyone looking for a place to work or hold meetings. The space is 88 square feet, and would be the perfect office size for small teams or individuals. For those looking to book on a daily basis, the space would be suitable for meetings and presentations. The room includes a white board, two desks, and two desk chairs (additional folding chairs are available if needed). Tenants will also have full access to the office kitchenette (fridge, kettle, coffee maker, and microwave) and projector. As an added perk, monthly renters are also entitled to use our podcast recording studio for up to three hours per week, free of charge. The room has a window looking in to the main office that lets in natural light; however, there are also curtains for privacy.
