Job Summary The Preschool Educator develops and oversees the day to day operation of the Burnside Preschool Program ensuring it runs in accordance with the Community Care Licensing regulations and the Burnside preschool program philosophy. This position is responsible for creating a safe, caring environment that fosters positive growth in all areas of development with a focus on Kindergarten readiness for children.
