This is a German-made folding camera with Schneider radionar lens. You'll see Schneider in Rollei Tlrs and eventually Schneider acquired Rollei and still makes optics to this day. It has three elements 105mm 4.5 lens so not not as advanced as a xenon or zeiss tessar. It shoots 120mm film in 6X9 format or 645 with adapter. (Included) The shutter fires on all 5 speeds but three of them are useless without a tripod. (Focal length is 105mm and 1/200 is fastest so handheld can be challenging) But interestingly the aperture closes to 22 or more. The shutter cocks and fires but the self-timer does not. Aperture blades are not sticky and it seems to fire at described rates. The film advances normally. Bellows seem fine and shutter seems accurate based on my negs. Some minor leakage from film viewing port but if you keep it closed or taped over it should be fine. Why this one? It's been tested and works. You want cheap and compact medium format. Pictures indicated below are from 645 configuration.
