$12 · Polka dot tunic dress with bell sleeves, L, worn once!

Gained a little weight, bought dress. Lost a little weight, dress does not fit as well...Easy to wear piece, well constructed with side bust seams, zipper and eye-and-hook closure at the back. The white dots are dainty and the detail of the 3/4 length bell sleeves adds interest and femininity. The material has stretch, good weight and thickness making it comfortable and perfect for a bit of a chilly day. The dress hits just above the knee on a 5'4" frame and looks great with either tights or leggings. The belt in one of the photos is not included :-D! x-posted
