Pet friendly room available in basement of 4 bedroom shared house near Uptown Room is unfurnished, house is fully furnished but plenty of room to add your own things into the mix. Full kitchen except a dishwasher, 1.5 baths, extra full-size fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. Huge backyard with a deck, patio, garden, and fruit trees (apples, pear, plum). Easy walking distance to Uptown and Tillicum. 5 minutes away from bus stops to downtown, UVic, ferries/airport etc. Smoking is permitted outside, and pets are negotiable with a pet deposit (no pets currently but they are more than welcome). Room is 13 x 10, no built in closet but clothes rack provided. Room is for Oct. 1 but move in date is flexible. Rent is $700/mo + utilities and wifi You will be sharing the house with 3 people in their early 20s, we are pretty relaxed and enjoy being sociable when we aren't working/studying. We all like to do our part to take care of the house and would prefer someone with a similar attitude/lifestyle, and you must be queer-friendly.
