$975 · Pet Friendly 1 bedroom suite near Glenlake

We are renting our cute 1 bedroom suite for July 1st for $975 + 25% of hydro. Cable/wireless internet/water/garbage included. Washer and dryer shared with one other single lady. Absolutely no smokers/ vapers of any kind due (including cannabis) due to allergies. We are located in the quiet area of Glenlake, in Langford, and along the galloping goose trail. A little bit about the suite - The bathroom has a bathtub/shower. Kitchen with full-size appliances (no dishwasher). The bedroom is a good size and comfortably fits a king size bed. The living area, however, is quite small, but will fit a couch and TV nicely. A little bit about us. We are a family of 3 with an 9 year old daughter. She's not noisy, but she's not always quiet either! We are friendly and respectful of your space and privacy. We have 2 dogs, and I do dog boarding, so often have more dogs in the house. I'm particular about the dogs I take so that I can maintain a calm and quiet environment, but they are still dogs! If you don't like dogs, or a normal amount of noise, than this isn't the place for you. Because of the size of the suite, its best suited to a single person but if your a couple that doesn't need much space, feel free to email! We are pet friendly, but unfortunately there is no yard access if you have a dog. The galloping goose is right outside the door. We are looking for someone who is quiet, laid back, and respectful of our home and our family. We would like to check references for work and home.
