My approach to training: Training with me starts with a discussion of what motivates you. We talk about and discover your true goals. We create a plan that will work for you and monitor adjust that plan over time. Our activities (not "workouts") will vary and be designed to challenge you at an appropriate level to maximize results toward your goals. My approach is one of living an active healthy lifestyle to whatever capacity is appropriate and suitable for you. My clients are often surprised by how making a few small changes to their routine can have noticeable results. I can work with any age and fitness level. For our activities, we will meet where you are comfortable and where is suitable for the activity - It can be in your home, in a park, a trail for a hike, in a gym, etc. I take a very limited number of clients, though have spaces opening regularly as my goal is to help you transition to a point where you don't need a trainer. The goal is for you to learn what you need to know and to put supports in place to have a sustainable healthier lifestyle. If you want to get jacked, I am not the trainer for you.
