I have focused on health and fitness and crafted it to help others reach their potential and to surpass their fitness goals. I educate clients with indoor and/or outdoor training, catering to the style and needs for a healthier fitness lifestyle. I utilize different fitness methods such as: balance, breathing, posture, stretches, using body weight, free weights, weight machines, skipping ropes, rubber tubing to name but a few ways to reach your fitness and health goals.
