Taking all necessary steps to protect landscape/lawn to minimize environmental impact. All permits and excavation, including removal of old pipe, installation of new pipe, power washing foundation for waterproofing/repairing any cracks in existing concrete, placement of new drain rock including fresh blanket of perimeter drain cloth allowing only water permeation, removal of old downspout drain for installation of new rain water drainage, all included in quote. Finished with plenty of clean-out rain water leaders. All obstacles obstructing work space (oil tanks, pavers/paving, existing drains, sun decks, patios, stairways,etc.) can be handled appropriately. Equipment includes mini excavator with ability to shrink down to 36 inches for small yards and limited space, skid steer for moving material swiftly and efficiently, dump trailer for hauling material in and away, and dump truck for larger areas.
