I have some older Icelandic lambs going to freezer camp.....whole or half side. $10 per pound hanging weight (head, hide, organs removed). This is a rough average of the high end cuts ie. leg of lamb that usually sell for $14/lb and mince at $7/lb. Will be cut to your specifications by Village Butcher in Oak Bay and can be picked up there as well - once payment received. Icelandic lamb is mild flavoured, and carcass is on the smaller side - hanging wt will be 30-40lbs - smallish box - perfect for a family and easily fits in a freezer. Or go half with a friend. Village will cut each half accordingly. Email me if interested and I will send the cut order form.
